Clients now have access to various SmarterTools products in both shared and dedicated hosting environments.

SmarterTools is an IT management software company offering a diverse array of products designed to assist web hosting and internet service providers. Through this new partnership, Nexpoint is now able to offer the following:

* SmarterTicket is currently available to dedicated Windows hosting clients that wish to setup online support for their internet business or organizations. In addition, multiples tools are available to monitor support performance, ticket responses, and issue resolution history.
